We developed the CareCredit Social Playbook as a creative reset and strategic guide for where the brand was heading in 2024 and beyond. This playbook became our opportunity to step back, reassess, and realign—bringing teams together to define a shared vision for our social channels. We mapped out content pillars, clarified cadence, and fine-tuned the tone and style to create a more intentional and unified approach.
A big focus was evolving our tone of voice—pushing it to feel more modern, cheeky, and relatable. We asked, “If CareCredit were a person, how would it show up in the world?” That lens helped us shape a voice that feels human and consistent across every touchpoint.
Visually, we brought fresh energy to the channels with an updated identity built to flex across formats—from designed assets and organic photo content to social-first trends and memes. Everything works together to support a more cohesive, scroll-worthy presence.
